Mr. Melecio Perez (Mike) has over 55 years of civil engineering experience in design and construction as well as planning, and quality assurance of water and wastewater pipelines and associated facilities.
Mike has spent more than 54 years with the Dallas Water Utilities Design Services Division, preparing construction plans for water and wastewater mains. He has extensive experience in supervision, utility coordination, construction, and project management. He has design water and wastewater Capital Improvement projects ranging from 6” to 96” in diameter.

•4,452 L.F. of 12” PVC water and 2,521 L.F. of 8” PVC wastewater mains in Danieldale Road from Bluecrest Drive To Polk Street.
•11, 887 L.F. of 12” PVC water and 9,937 L.F. of 10” and 12” PVC wastewater mains in east and west of Carpenter Freeway (SH183) from Regal Row to Mockingbird Lane.Sunset Discharge, 24,800 L.F. of 54” water main in Franklin, Hampton Road, Rugged from Sunset pump station to Grayson Street at Kiest Park. Construction Cost $10,500,000.00 (Completed in 2003/2004)
•Sunset Discharge, 6,400 L.F. of 48” water main in Wright Street and Illinois Avenue from Hampton Road to Westmoreland Road. Construction cost $ 2,700,000.00. (Completed in 2004/2005).
•1,500 L.F. of 12” PVC water and 1,200 L.F. of 12” wastewater mains in Cole Street and Slocum Street from Industrial Blvd. to Slocum Street.
•2000 L.F. of 8” PVC water and 1500 L.F. of 8” PVC wastewater mains in Cromwell Drive, Walnut Hill Lane, Whirlaway Road from Walnut Hill Lane to Webb Garden Drive.

•41,000 L.F. of 66” and 60” water main in Houston School Road and Danieldale Road from Camp Wisdom Road to Duncanville South Metering Station.
•84” Cedar Crest Discharge Line, 32,200 L.F. of 84” water transmission line in Elmore, Grayson, Rugged, and Vatican from Cedar Crest Pump Station to Hampton Road.
